Love Island is back for its 11th series with 12 new singletons ready and waiting to enter the famous Mallorcan villa. In the ultimate search for love, the contestants will spend around eight weeks together in hopes of finding a lasting connection and winning a £50,000 cash prize.
Fans of the hit ITV show are being treated to their second dose of Love Island this year, after the All Stars version aired in January. The spin-off series, which was set in South Africa, saw some of the most memorable Islanders from previous series return for a second shot at finding love.
Maya Jama will once again host the popular dating show this summer, with comedian Iain Stirling providing commentary. Here we take a look at the six women and six men set to turn heads in the villa:

Samantha Kenny
Samantha is a 26-year-old makeup artist from Liverpool. She's heading into the villa because she is 'ready to settle down' and wants to meet someone that isn't from her area.
Samantha says: "I love a co*ckney boy so I’m hoping there is one in there for me. My friends and family would say I’m fun, outgoing, confident and a bit unpredictable. Loyalty is the most important thing to me."
Nicole Samuel
Heading into the villa is Nicole from Aberdare, who is a 24-year-old accounts manager. She describes herself as having a 'big personality' and someone who says 'everything as it is'.
Ahead of entering the villa, Nicole says: "I’ve been enjoying single life and the attention of different boys, it’s fun. I’ve enjoyed being able to go on holiday with the girls and not having to worry about someone back home. But I just think it’s my time now I’ve hit 24 and I’m ready to settle down."
Patsy Field
Patsy is an office administrator from Orpington who is hoping to meet her match in the Love Island villa. The 29-year-old says she's 'wifey material' as she is 'funny and a very good cook'.
Patsy also revealed: "I have something very special about me which is my disability, it’s a condition I was born with called Ebs Palsy. It doesn't define who I am, but it makes me a little different, although I’ve learnt to get on with it and it’s never held me back."
Jess White
Jess, 25, is a retail manager from Stockport. She's looking for love in Mallorca because she wants to settle down like her friends. Describing herself as 'brutally' honest, she says: "I think I will bring fun and honesty to the villa, maybe a bit too much honesty. And definitely a bit of sass, I’m a sassy girl."
Mimii Ngulube
Mimii, from Portsmouth, is a 24-year-old mental health nurse. She is looking to meet a man who is 'honest, knows what he wants and is a provider.' Mimii says: "I’m a good looking girl, I know what I bring to the table. I carry myself well. I’m a bit of a wife - I like to take care of my man, cook for him, do his hair, give him massages, check in on him."
Harriett Blackmore
Harriet, a 24-year-old dancer and personal shopper from Brighton, is set to enter the Love Island villa. She describes herself as 'really confident with the looks to match.'
Having recently come out of a three-year relationship, she is hoping to open a 'new chapter' in the villa. Harriet says: "I’ll bring the entertainment for everyone in the Villa, whether that’s making the girls laugh or making the boys turn their heads, I’m sure that I’ll bring the drama."
Ayo Odukoya
Ayo is a model from Canning Town who is looking to 'find love again'. The 25-year-old says his friends would describe him as 'very loveable, funny and a bit crazy sometimes'.
Asked what he'll bring to the villa, Ayo says: "I feel like the way I carry myself is very respectful and I think people take to that and once you show who you are to somebody you get it back tenfold. The way I am gives off a good energy for people to feel comfortable around me."
Sam Taylor
Sam, a 23-year-old hair stylist from Chesterfield wants the opportunity to find a 'real connection' with someone in the villa. He says: "I will definitely bring lots of energy but can also have deep conversations so will bring both of those sides of my personality to the Villa.
Sam says he's got good personality and chat which should 'hopefully help me out when trying to find a connection'.
Ciaran Davies
Ciaran, from Pencoed, is a 21-year-old surveyor and is heading into the villa as he believes it is the 'perfect time' for him to meet someone on Love Island. He is looking for a girl who is has a sense of humour and says 'loyalty is the most important thing to look for in a relationship.'
Munveer Jabbal
Munveer, 30, from Surrey, hopes to find his match in the villa as he said he 'needs to start thinking seriously about the next step.' The recruitment manager says he has 'nice hair, good teeth and good chat. I like the nicer things in life. I’m a family person, I love dogs and I’m a good lover."
Sean Stone
Sean is a 24-year-old sweet salesman from Hereford and says he's 'always been one for relationships'. He said: "When you have found someone you want to be with it’s the best feeling. Now is the perfect time, the one thing that is missing is my soulmate."
Sean describes himself as 'very picky' but says his friends and family would say he is 'caring, ambitious and supportive.'
Ronnie Vint
Semi-professional footballer Ronnie, 27, describes himself as 'a fun, bubbly person looking for a good time'. He is a defender for Lewes F.C and is from south east London. He's so obsessed with mayonnaise he even has it on roast dinners.
His claim to fame is being best friends with former Islander Olivia Attwood's husband Bradley Dack. Ronnie says: "He is my best friend and he and Olivia are a big part of my life. I call Olivia my big little sister, she always looks out for me."
Love Island returns on Monday 3rd June at 9pm on ITV1, ITV2, ITVX and STV.
