It’s amazing how easy these are to make up! All you need to do is mix up the two ingredients, and bam, great brownies!! The kids liked them, but I thought it was more like a thick fudge consistency and not like a real brownie. They were still pretty good but not a huge favorite of mine. I may try using a different variety of brownie mix the next time.

2 Ingredients Pumpkin Brownies Ingredients:
- Canned Pumpkin– Fresh pumpkin puree will cook differently than canned pumpkin puree.
- Fudge Brownie Box Mix-I used fudgy brownie mix because that is the constancy my family likes and prefers. You can use a different variety or a dark chocolate variety as well. Instead of pumpkin brownies with brownie mix, you can also use a homemade brownie.
**You will not need the oil, water, or eggs listed on the box mix, just the brownie mix powder in the bag in the box**
How TO Make WW 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9X13 pan (I used a Pyrex Pan) with a nonstick spray, if you grease the pan with Crisco it will add points and calories to the recipe.
Mix together both the pumpkin and brownie mix in a bowl.
**Pro-Tip** This is a thick batter, add the dry powder slowly to the wet pumpkin in the bowl**
It gets really thick, I slowly added in the brownie mix and it was still hard to mix up with a whisk.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes and be sure to check forbeing cooked through
They are thick enough you could cut them like fudge for a get-together or potluckthis fall.
How to store WEight Watchers 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies
Either store in the pan with a lid or move to an airtight container. Keep sealed for up to 5 days, though mine didn’t last that long with kids.
