It works. And it is perfect for two people!

Sure does beat boiling a huge pot of water!

📌I use a 10"+ skillet.
📌About 4 cups of water.
📌Bring to a simmer boil.
📌Add 8 oz. Pasta.
📌Use tongs if cooking a noodle like linguine, spaghetti.
📌Mix and separate the pasta noodles.
📌Cook about 7 to 8 minutes.
📌Drain off any excess water.
📌Add sauce. Mix sauce with pasta.
📌Cover skillet and let pasta rest a few minutes.

One Skillet Chicken Caprese

Recipe is in a previous reel! But I`ll include again!

Easy to make!

INGREDIENTS:

💥8 large pasture-raised chicken tenders

💥1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided

💥2 to 2 ½ cups Kettle & Fire Cooking Chicken Broth, low sodium

💥6 to 8 Roma tomatoes, sliced in wedges

💥Fresh basil leaves (and stems), lots of it!

💥½ cup kalamata olives

💥1 ball fresh buffalo burrata

💥Salt/Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a 10”+ cast iron skillet over medium high heat, add about half the olive oil. Fry the chicken tenders about 2 minutes per side. Add a little more EVOO.

Add the chicken cooking broth. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook about 15 to 17 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, fresh basil, and olives. Cover and cook another about 15 minutes.

Serve in a large bowl with a dollop of fresh burrata and a drizzleof EVOO..

♥️Pasta and/or baguette optional.

♥️Slurping and drinking broth from bowl mandatory!
