4 oz Olives, 1 cup Tomato Salsa, 1 cup Sour cream, 1 Avocado sliced, ¼ cup Cilantro / Coriander leaves finely chopped, 1 cup Cheese
You must eat the cracker in one go to enjoy the burst of flavors and textures. Try different combinations of toppings, and remember to repeat your favorite ones!

Notes
- To make my life simple on game day, I use store-bought salsa. However, I like to spice it up with fine-chopped green chili, finely chopped cilantro, and a dash of red chili powder or cayenne pepper.
- For sour cream, I have added chopped cilantro andsliced olives. Kids love this version of sour cream along with Tortilla chips!

Simple Game Day Platter
While I do enjoy watching the games, what I am really excited is about the food that I get to prepare and the time that I get to spend with my friends. I follow three simple rules to spend quality time with my friends. Simple recipe, Buffet style, Paper plates.
- Simple recipe - ensures that I am not tired after cooking for a big crowd even before the game begins, and I opt for store-bought options (for dips, spreads, drinks, and such) when possible.
- Buffet style - ensures that everyone is independent and helps themselves with anything and everything they need.
- Using recyclable plates, cups, and cutlery during game nights ensures easy cleanup after the party.
Easy Game Day Snack
Game day or any occasion is incomplete without any dips, finger food, and beverages. I already have a long list of Super bowl appetizers and snack recipes for big game day. These bites are just to kick off your next tailgate, game day, or any get-together party.
All you need to do for the platter is just chop a few ingredients, season and garnish dip and salsa with your favorite spices, place it in a bowl, and then assemble a few of them just before the beginning of the game. Depending on the pace of the game, let your guests tackle the rest of the platter with any toppings of their choice.
