Easy Instant Pot No Boil Yogurt (Cold Start)

If you’ve never made Instant Pot yogurt, I promise this recipe is so easy.

In fact, this might be one of the easiest Instant Pot recipes I’ve ever made because it doesn’t come to pressure. That’s right! If you are one of those people who is scared of your Instant Pot and so has not taken it out of the box yet, try this recipe. It only has a few ingredients, it’s fun to make, it’s healthy, and tastes delicious. My daughter and I think this might be one of the most tasty yogurts we have ever eaten.

I admit I had seen all the photos on Facebook of people making yogurt, but I wasn’t into it. It sounded interesting, but when I clicked on some of the blog posts and had to scroll down pages and pages of instructions, it put me off. Who has time for all that?

Then I discovered Instant Pot cold start yogurt. My business partner, Becky, has been making this type of Instant Pot yogurt for a while now, and when she came up with a recipe that uses Premier Protein, I was sold.

WW Instant Pot Yogurt

If you are a Weight Watchers member, you know that those of us on WW love our Premier Protein because it’s low in points per container and is loaded with protein. Lots of us use it as a coffee creamer or for Starbucks knock-off coffee drinks hot or cold.

Premier Protein is also great swirled into oatmeal, in smoothies (just watch points – remember that fruit in smoothies has points), or even for a high-protein pudding by replacing some of the milk with Premier Protein.

My business partner, Becky (who has also lost 100 pounds!) graciously allowed me to share her recipe with you.

A 4-ounce serving of yogurt is somewhat small and I can tell you I typically eat 2 servings. I like it with frozen fruit, thawed. This makes a great low-point WW breakfast idea and is a great WW breakfast that doesn’t have eggs or meat but is still full of protein to keep you full all morning long.
